Engraving Disclaimer – Photo & Handwriting Jewelry:
Our laser engraving process is designed to capture fine details from your submitted photo or handwriting for a subtle, elegant result. Please note that engravings are intentionally light and may appear delicate rather than deeply laser marked. This ensures a refined and timeless look on your jewelry.
For best results, we recommend high-resolution, well-lit images and clearly written handwriting samples. Low-quality images may result in less defined engravings.
Due to differences in screen settings and lighting, the final product may vary slightly in appearance from the preview or digital image shown. These visuals are intended as a guide only.
How do I send my photo or handwriting for engraving?
After placing your order, you’ll be prompted to upload your photo or handwriting directly through our site. Please ensure it's clear and high-quality for the best result. .HEIC Format is not supported, please send in .JPEG or .PNG files.
What types of photos work best for engraving?
Clear, close-up images with good lighting work best. For photo jewelry, limit the image to 1-3 people or your pet, and avoid blurry or dark photos.
Will you keep my photo or handwriting on file?
No, your image or handwriting is used one time only to create your piece. After production, it is securely discarded to protect your privacy.
How should I care for my jewelry?
Every order comes with a free microfiber cloth for cleaning. Gently wipe your jewelry to keep it shining.
Do you offer a jewelry warranty?
Yes! We offer an optional protection plan called Route, which you can add at checkout. Route covers lost, stolen, or damaged jewelry within 14 days of delivery. If your jewelry arrives damaged or is lost/stolen, simply check your order confirmation email to file a claim directly with Route.
If you didn’t purchase Route protection, please contact us at contact@jewelsoflorelei.com within 15 days of delivery to report any damage.
Are your pieces waterproof and non-tarnish?
Yes! Our 18K gold plating makes all our jewelry waterproof and resistant to tarnish. For best care, avoid spraying perfumes or exposing your jewelry to harsh chemicals, and wash it with water after heavy sweating.
What is your jewelry made of?
Our pieces are crafted with 18K Gold plating over stainless steel through an electroplating process. This makes them durable, waterproof, and non-tarnish — perfect for everyday wear.
Do you accept returns?
Because every piece is handmade and personalized, we do not accept returns or exchanges on custom items. If there is a problem with the item you purchased, do not hesitate to contact us at contact@jewelsoflorelei.com
What is your cancellation policy?
You can cancel your order within 24 hours of purchase by emailing us at contact@jewelsoflorelei.com.
Can I change my photo or personalization?
Yes, just email us at contact@jewelsoflorelei.com within 24 hours of placing your order with the updated details.
