USA RETURNS:
To initiate a return please email us at lory@jewelsoflorelei.com with your order number and reason for return.
We gladly accept returns for store credit within 14 days of delivery.
Items on sale for 40% off or more and custom items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. All items must be returned in unused/unworn condition with original packaging. A $5 shipping/ handling fee of will be deducted from your return. We do not provide refunds on shipping costs.
If your return is received with visible wear or damage, we will refuse the return. Jewels of Lorelei reserves the right to refuse exchanges or returns at any time.
