We ship all orders from our New York City warehouse Monday- Friday.  All orders are usually shipped from our warehouse within 1-5 business days after the purchase date. 

For all personalized and pre-order items please allow 3-7 business days from the order date (not including delivery time) for the item to ship. 

Important information

Any applicable taxes and duties are not included in the checkout total. These are determined by the customs agency in the destination country. The agency will notify the recipient either by mail, phone, or email to pay these charges, so that the shipment can continue to its destination. All applicable duties shall be borne by the customer. Unfortunately we cannot estimate how much duties you will pay but your local customs should be able to estimate the price. Jewels of Lorelei cannot be held responsible for any action and/or costs and/or taxes and/or delays due to customs over which it has no control.

Delivery times are provided as guidelines only and do not take into account possible delays caused by payment authorization and/or stock availability and/or customs delays. We are unable to deliver to post office boxes. All orders are fully traceable through USPS.COM

Please be sure to give complete and correct mailing addresses upon checkout. Once an order is placed, we are unable to guarantee cancellation requests or changes to your order as packages are often sent out same day.
